Patrick Houtsch is of Luxembourgish nationality and born in 1972. Former managing director of the Luxembourgish governmental Computer Emergency Response Team (GOVCERT.LU), he now acts as deputy director at the Government IT center.
Besides his executive duties at the Government IT center he is member of different committees and task forces in the area of information and communication technologies and moreover cyber security. He has 19 years of experience in computer science. Formerly he was head of the security and audit department of the Government IT center. Before joining the public sector, he worked as IT expert in the finance sector.
Patrick Houtsch holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the faculty of applied sciences at the University of Liège.

Joany Boutet is Senior Security Consultant for the CyberSecurity department of Telindus. His main activities encompass both offensive and defensive sides of information security. He is responsible for network, applications ,wireless and VoIP penetration testing, product security evaluations, and risk assessments of critical infrastructure for Telindus’ customers. His ethical hacker experience allows him to have a different view on how to protect enterprises and their critical assets. Concerning certifications and qualifications, Joany currently holds a large set of technical certifications included ten GIAC certifications covering wide spectrum of attack and defence practices including penetration testing, mobile and Wi-Fi security, intrusion analysis, incident handling, forensics and of OSSTMM Certifications (OPST & OPSA). Recently, Joany created and currently manages real-fake phishing campaigns to assess the risk exposure level to ransomwares by confronting companies’ employees with these new threats to increase their awareness of best practices and to allow them to tests their incident response process. So far, Joany performed more than 40 phishing attacks for various customers from different economic sectors with interesting and useful results to be publicly released very soon. Joany frequently attends SANS Training and security conferences and also provided different talks at infosec conferences such as hack.lu, ISACA Information Security Days, ITdays and recently at Cybersecurity for CEOs.
